Whitney Elizabeth Houston was born into a musical family on the 9th of August, 1963, in Newark New Jersey the daughter of gospel singer Cissy Houston (nee Emily Lee Drinkard) and John Russell Houston Jr. as well as a cousin of the singing sensation Dionne Warwick. When she was a kid she was a singer in the New Hope Baptist Church Choir in Newark. At the age of she reached the age of 15, Houston had sung professionally as a backing vocalist with her mother for Chaka Khan's 1978 song Im Every Woman. Whitney Houston's debut Whitney Houston album was released in 1985. It became one of the best-selling albums by an artist. Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchorwoman for news and reporting as well as political correspondent for CNN. The anchor has also created certain of the network's Sunday programs such as Evans & Novak' Late Edition and Inside Politics.'
